Hi Paul, I had a similar issue with an Orchestrators badge previously. If it has been more than a week and still hasn't appeared, I'd recommend emailing GenesysOrchestrators@genesys.com with the details.

They should be able to check the activity and update the missing badge for you.

Hi Paul, as Phaneendra mentioned, the team is always very helpful over email, so you just need to reach out and ask for help.

It's happened to me a few times as well, and they've always been really helpful and kind.

as suggest I emailed Genesys. I actually sent mine to advocacy@genesys.com. I was missing three, and they mentikoned that there was some known issue and it was all resolved the following day.

My three were:

• Sign up for the Genesys Status Page (signed up a long time ago as I get the updates, and redid it recently as it was not being shown as achieved)
• Attend a Product Roadmap session (Attended Julys one)
• Attend a live Genesys webinar (attend quiet a few regularly)
