    We need to implement Knowledge base FAQ creation, feedback and displaying FAQ from mobile App. Is it possible to implement this using Knowledge base API or do we have SDKs for knowledge base APIs in Genesys Cloud?

    Hi @RajeshAnna We have an SDK for IOS that covers the Knowledge API https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/sdk/docexplorer/purecloudios/ As well as the Knowledge API itself https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/knowledge/knowledge-apis
