The Genesys Cloud Employee Development team are pleased to announce that we are now recruiting candidates interested in using our Rich Text Editor in Development and Feedback. Rich Text is a new type of module content created directly in Genesys Cloud. This allows Learning Admins to get started right away at adding new informative steps with all the common tools you'd expect to create and style your content. If you have access to externally hosted images you can even embed them alongside your text. This helps you keep your learning experiences engaging and on brand.
Please note the beta is currently only accessible to those using a Genesys Cloud 3 or WEM Add On Bundle.
