🚀 because everything in CX, AI, automation, and customer expectations is moving at hyperspeed this year.
☕ because let's be honest… behind every successful CSM, escalation avoided, executive presentation delivered, and adoption strategy completed… there's probably coffee involved somewhere 😅
🤝 because despite all the challenges, this year has reinforced something incredibly important for me as a Customer Success leader: relationships still drive outcomes. Technology scales businesses, but trust, collaboration, empathy, and partnership are what truly create long-term success.
2026 has been a mix of learning, firefighting, innovation, strategy, and celebrating wins with customers and teams - sometimes all before lunch 😂
