My name is Minhaj Mubashir,I have been working with Genesys since 2012 , and I'm part of the Genesys Technical Account Management team working on customer success initiatives. I'm excited to join this community and learn from all of you!

I'm particularly interested in understanding how customers are leveraging Genesys Cloud features and exploring best practices around customer engagement and adoption.What's been your #1 adoption blocker when rolling out new Cloud features?
