Hello
I've been trying to retrieve the list of all the PureCloud permissions, using the API (GET /api/v2/authorization/permissions). However, I noticed that there are some general permissions missing, like "employee", "group_creation", etc. Why are they not listed among the others? Are there another API call to get those?
Thank you

Hello,
If you mean permissions like "groupadministration", "admin", "locationcontributor", ... that you get via Users API (specifying expand = authorization), I think they correspond to deprecated permissions (some old/legacy permissions).
See this post here (employee is not listed but I believe it is also one of them as it doesn't follow current naming structure for permissions): https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/deprecation-legacy-permissions/4342

Hello
Thank you Jerome, I hadn't seen that topic . There is another post there which says that the permissions "Employee", "Content Manager Admin", "Content Manager User" and "Integration Config Admin" had their deprecation date postponed, but it is from Jan'19, so I am not very sure how are they now.

I just checked with Becky. These ones have also been deprecated. The permissions related to former Integration one are now the ones starting with integrations:* The permissions related to former Content one are now the ones starting with documents:* The permissions related to former employee one are now the ones you can find grouped under the "employee" pre-defined role.

Ok, thank you for your help Jerome (and Becky). I understand then that including those deprecated permissions in a new custom role would be pointless, as their functionalities have been passed to the new ones, am I correct?

That is correct.
