Hi,
Is there any way to retrieve a list of emails waiting in the queue?
Below methods return only emails that was already answered by an agent: /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/conversations/emails /api/v2/conversations/emails

This is currently a known issue and is being tracked as API-2123 and AR-4879.

FYI, /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/conversations/emails and other resources for other media types are being removed from the API until the backend features to make the APIs work are released.
