I did a load testing for Genesys and some of the calls failed with below error code on interactions report error.ininedgecontrol.connection.noAvailableLines error.ininedgecontrol.connection.noProceeding
Disconnect Type was System
What may be the reason for these errors? Where can check definition of these errors

Please continue to work with the Care engineer assigned to the case you opened to get approval for your load testing. They will be able to help investigate any errant results from your tests.
