Hello,
I had previously submitted a topic about this same issue, but left it open to many different scenarios. The scenario that we addressed did not touch on how it actually needs to be built.
We need to pop a screen for any agent that receives a call inside of the local database.
I don't understand how this actually happens. I see that you talk about OAuth and Notifications, but what I'm not getting is how the integration understands what agent to pop the screen for and if it does know what agent to pop the screen for, how do we pop the screen of the computer (or device) that they are currently using...
Is there documentation on the PureCloud Developer site that you could point me towards that would help me understand what is actually happening? Maybe a site/page outside of PureCloud?

I'm not sure what you mean by receiving a call inside a database.

That's something you have to figure out based on your own applications or architecture. PureCloud will provide you information about the notification event that occurred, but it's your responsibility to write code to integrate that with your software. That's not something I can help with since I don't know anything about your software, architecture, or environment.
If you need assistance writing your integration, the Genesys PS team can be hired to provide consulting and/or development services. Let me know if you need a contact to engage them.
