Greetings.
We are designing a wallboard application for our client that will be feeded with metrics coming from the analytics API. Using the querybuilder from dev tools we were able to validate the possibility of getting almost all the required metrics except 2: "the longest waiting time" and "the longest agent interaction "
The post below is somehow related to this issue but got me a bit confused.

Could someone please confirm if these metrics are avaiable?
