  • 1.  Looking for Guidance on Conductor Badge Requirements

    Hello Orchestrators,

    I am one step away from completing the Conductor Badge, but I need to complete one more activity to unlock it. I have a few questions about the remaining requirements.

    Where can I complete the activities listed below? Some of the links take me to the Advocacy page, but I cannot find the corresponding activities there.

    Has anyone faced a similar issue, or can someone suggest an alternative way to complete these requirements?

    1. Be featured in a Genesys press release
    2. Complete five customer reference calls
    3. Contribute to a Genesys blog
    4. Host or participate in a reference site visit
    5. Join a virtual Product Advisory Council session
    6. Participate in a focus group
    7. Complete an additional Experience Index survey

    I have already joined Genesys beta program but still it shows as incomplete. Are there any other way to join this?

    I'm working on the same badge.  I'm working on "Earn the Community Badge".  

    1. Creating 10 posts (discussions or replies)
      2. Participating in a Community Trivia Tower event
      3. Making a connection in the Community
      4. Starting a thread that gets 5 replies
