    From the embeddable framework it is possible for a user to start a new interaction (outbound) without specifying the queue, is it possible to make it mandatory by turning on a field in the clickToDial action maybe (or somewhere else)?

    This one is controlled by each user themselves manually and the field by default remains unchecked. We would like to keep it checked by default.
