Hello,
Does Genesys have a mechanism to capture WebRTC statistics? I see that there is only partial data on the conversations details query. I.e. minimum RFactor, minimum MOS score, latency, and packets received.
We could capture this directly from the RTCPeerConnection in the browser using a chrome extension but would like to understand Genesys' stance on that.
