    Hi all, I'm Ginger Alford: weekend drag racer, proud Mom and dedicated 5-year Genesys Employee.   

    As a Program Manager for Multicloud CX in Product Strategy & Operations, I can't wait to share some exciting activities and contests that are going to get you pumped for being in this fun community.

    Love this total revamp of the Multicloud Communities portal! I'd love to see discussions from our customers, partners and employees on focus areas such as Private Edition, CX Contact, and migrations to our Multicloud solutions. Can't wait to see what you bring to the portal Ginger!

    I would like to see some polls in this community maybe getting a pulse on what features/tricks are most useful for customers as well as areas where we most need improvements. We definitely have some pain points and would like to know we are being heard.

    That's a fantastic suggestion, "most useful tricks/features" from customers.  To make this more meaningful for you, is there an area/product/pain point where useful tricks, workarounds or alternative features you would like to see most?

    Hi Ginger,

    My name is Zoe Beatty, and I would love to see more collaboration between Multicloud CX end users relating to WFM and Reporting (real-time and historical).
    Specific to reporting: I would like to know how others are customizing agent and contact center statistics reports, since there are various constraints in the Cloud environment.

    I would also like to see improvements in WFM, and the Agent Experience (for example: time out schedule & no notification of upcoming scheduled activities)

    This is an excellent detailed suggestion! I feel like a deeper dive into WFM would be beneficial to all in this Community.  Let me get to work on how I can help facilitate that.  I may need to reach back out to you for more details.
