    Is there any way which we can set a threading in a specific flow or bot. The problem is that we have 2 whatsapp accounts and the threading is 72 hours which makes it extremely difficult to do testing as once your conversation has started, you can not replicate a new conversation.

    Is there any way to stop the 'last agent' routing too, as if i send a conversation to my test queue, even though a agent isn't in that queue, they still end up with that interaction.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, no. Threading is per org, per channel.

    May be having a dedicated test org with short values would do ? Looks like you already posted an idea about your requirement.
