I have use case of generating message transcript which requires conversation id and communication id. I am not able to understand what is communication id , as for some conversation , id from customer participant gives transcript url , for some conversation i have to take it from Agent participant .
For a recent conversation , i got the communication id from Workflow participant
Does 1 conversation have a unique communication id ? if yes then what is the best way to get it ? if no then how is this generated
