    Not able to found Messenger configuration and Messanger Deployments menu under Message in Admin section. What role & permission is required for that

    Thanks a lot. I am changing web chat to web messaging. Can you please provide me some guidance regarding creation of Queue and inbound message flow with example. My web messaging will be available on demand based on availability of agents(person) to take the call/message. Thanks

    Hi,

    Distributing/managing interactions does not differ from other channels. Only the type of flow you will create.
