    Hi there,

    We are deploying a messenger widget on two pages (e.g. www.domain.com/ and www.domain.com/authenticated) and while the conversation continues as expected when the user moves to the 2nd page, it appears to create a 2nd websocket connection because there is a 2nd Workflow participant.

    Both deployments are using the basic widget code, no customization besides picking up some variables and assigning them as participant data to pass to our flow.

    In some cases the conversation remains LIVE even after the agent has disconnected the message conversation, which appears to be a bug.

    Sample message session timeline which is still LIVE after the agent has completed wrap up, and the Customer Interact timeline is not progressing further.

    Is this the expected behaviour when moving the webmessage between 2 URLs?
