Hi, I have used messenger before and it worked well. Now I had to use it again and it doesnt work at all, the messenger icon is not added to the simple html page so there is no way i can start a chat. i have a deployment created, strategy added, the deployment is active, no domain restrictions, the html code has the code snipped in the header and it still doesnt show up. The console only has this error (samesite attribute is not set): "Indicate whether to send a cookie in a cross-site request by specifying its SameSite attribute"
The html page is the very minimum, header has the code from the deployment. (i couldn't copy it here because it is removed).
Am I missing something very trivial? This worked well in the past. I wonder if this happens because i load the page directly from the html file (not from a webserver)? thanks, Zsolt

Indeed, the page is expected to be hosted on URL with https:// schema, so that might be the case. There are few other existing posts with same problem, see here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/local-html-file-version-of-web-messaging/13301 https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/web-messaging-does-not-appear/12108/6

Thanks for the quick update. I thought it was something simple. Now i realised i used Tampermonkey at that time. Just tried from a browser and it works well. A console log would be useful to troubleshoot this type of error  Zsolt
