I try to find document regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Screen Pop Up for Incoming interaction, but I cant found the document for Pop Screen , can anyone share the document how to Screen Pop Up at Dynamic 365

The specifics regarding screen pops in Dynamics 365 are going to come from your integration provider. At present, Genesys Cloud doesn't have a "native" build Dynamics 365 client integration, but there are several offers available through the AppFoundry provided by various partners. The instructions for screen pops are going to be specific to each vendor and their application, so you'll likely want to contact that vendor for specifics.
