Hi Stephan,
Followed the articles for my demo setup and the client setup.
Client environment is working fine error free.
My demo setup the reply messages stay on the exchange server in failed state due to remote end rejecting it ( my business email address ).
When I use powershell to check the shared mail box does not find but from the exchange admin GUI it is they.
All my testing points back to shared mailbox is not setup correctly

Hi Abdul
Just to confirm, you followed the steps provided in the document - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/configure-microsoft-azure-for-email-integration/?
I also found this in the community - https://community.genesys.com/discussion/outbound-email-not-sending-microsoft-graph
Is it possible to share some additional info regarding the exact error that you receive?
I would also recommend that this is rather posted in the Genesys Cloud main or developer community.
Regards

Trying to set up a demo Microsoft Graph API connection.
Able to send emails into Genesys and reply to them.
My issue is the exchange server is not sending them on says not allowed basically.
Set up a client the same way and they environment works fine two communications using email.
Tried various options and setting in the Azure environment, does anyone know how the shared mailbox should be set up ?
Any pointers on what I am missing would be very much appreciated
