I signed into a maanger account on developer.genesys.cloud/developer-tools/#/api-explorer, and I am noticing it is missing all of the different Api categories besides "Alerting". I am not sure why because every other time I used this acount I had master permissions to access and do anything. I am getting two errors, one on page load, and the other one if I try to open a "Alerts" or "InteractionStats" sub menus

Please do not use the old deprecated tools; they are unsupported and will be removed soon. The replacement tools were released earlier this year: https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/about/api-explorer

I was not aware of that, I just started using Genesys Cloud a few months ago so I was always using developer tools api explorer. Good to know that now, thank you very much Tim!
