Site Number Plans has a get by id but not a put by id. I see
Get /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/sites/{siteId}/numberplans/{numberPlanId}
I do not see put /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/sites/{siteId}/numberplans/{numberPlanId}

To update number plans, you can make use of the endpoint PUT /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/sites/{siteId}/numberplans . To suggest a feature I suggest you please make use of the Ideas Portal
