Hi, I am using this end point(/api/v2/analytics/botflows/{botFlowId}/sessions) to fetch the below metrics info - UserExit, BotExit, Error, RecognitionFailure, UserDisconnect, BotDisconnect, SessionExpired, Transfer I am able to get the data from September 16 2024 using the API, but not before that. We see data is available in Dashboard of Genesys. API did provide that data earlier during the period of September 1st week, it looks like its not giving any data after September 16th. I see a note for this end point in API Explorer saying "resources returned by this endpoint are not persisted indefinitely, as they are deleted after approximately, but not before, 10 days." Does this mean, data gets deleted from this end point ? https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-analytics-botflows--botFlowId--sessions -- This is not giving data after 16th Sep 2024 while calling API as well as in API Explorer.
Could someone help me to find these values ? I am looking to get these data from March 2024. UserExit, BotExit, Error, RecognitionFailure, UserDisconnect, BotDisconnect, SessionExpired, Transfer

We cannot investigate and don't have access to customer data or environment via the forum. I would recommend that you open a case with Genesys Cloud Customer Care so they can help investigate your issue. Customer Care is the most appropriate for such matters.
