hI there,
We are using [POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query] API but we got a situation on november 18th and november 22th.
We have been using this API to get information every 30 minute to get data but with a granularity with PT15M, PT30M and PT1H but there are some interactions that we could'nt find at all, what could have been happened? is there any kind of delay in the response from the API ?

Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to report missing data. That cannot be investigated on the forum.. You might need the CorrelationId for support to investigate.
