Hi,
Currently our customer is having concern about single agent exists in PureCloud Metadata multiple times. On cases where the agent put the caller on hold, transferred and or consulted a transfer. Is there a way we can change the settings on how this agentId's get populated?

No, if a user is a participant on the conversation multiple times, they will be represented multiple times. Each participant will usually have multiple segments that describe their media activity as a participant.
