    HI Team,

    We have a requirement to download recordings which are stored in genesys cloud using interactionId and send to Amazon S3 bucket through mulesoft. So we need to use http RestApi cal to download recording from genesys cloud

    Could you please provide us endpoints we need to use to download recordings from genesys cloud(api.mypurecloud.jp).So, that we can make use of that Https endpoints.

    As of now we are using below endpoint to download recordings in mp3 format but it asking header field authorization code(Authorization). please guide us how we can generate authroization token using login credentials which was given to us and also could you please verify whether we are using correct Rest API endpoint to download recording using interactionId.
