We are migrating from on premise to Genesys cloud. In current environment, we are play random dtmf tone parallelly while caller entering the PIN or card number. We want to implement the same in Genesys cloud. I greatly appreciate, if any one shares information related to this.

The usual solution is to send the caller to a secure flow where they enter the secure information before returning to the agent

Thank you very much for you input. Is it possible to play the randam dtmf key tone while we are collecting the input(Card number or PIN) from the caller.
