Hi Team,
I am using Genesys Cloud softphone in my salesforce application. I am using "clientEventMessageChannel" for integration in salesforce application.
In my salesforce application, we have integrated genesys phone as one utility we created one salesforce lighting component and using as second Utility. this utility consisits of custom address book, where user can select specific queues to initiate a transfer. Using this custom addressbook we are able to Initiate transfers.
But we have a problem like. when I initiate a transfer from custom addressbook, genesys softphone is not opening/showing automatically.
I am looking for a solution to open/show genesys softphone, when I initiate trasfer from custom address book.
