Genesys Cloud CX - Beta HQ

Good Morning, One and all!

I'm not sure if I'm missing something (maybe I'm doing what my wife calls a "man look" 😂) but there doesn't seem to have been any public Betas released so far this year?

I use the "Beta Carousel" on this community's homepage as my guide - are they now being publicized somewhere else? Or had Genesys really not had any public betas for a whole Quarter? 🤷‍♂️

(I review Betas of potential interest with my customers during our weekly coordination meetings and it's getting embarrassing saying "No Betas AGAIN"!! 😮)

 I would follow the thread HERE since there's been a bit of conversation and Genesys folks have piped up... no real answers as to why there haven't been any, but at least the thread exists so maybe you'll see an answer soon

Don't worry, your "man look" has not failed you. The Beta HQ has only advertised the one Beta back in January (2025).
