We just released a new set of DevDrop videos that cover topics related to rate-limiting within Genesys Cloud. The three videos are:
- Rate Limiting and the Genesys Cloud Platform API.
This is a gentle introduction to how the Genesys Cloud platform API implements rate limits. The video also covers some strategies for dealing with rate limits.
- Using the Genesys Cloud Java SDK's retry logic for rate-limits
This video provides an overview of how the built-in retry logic with the Genesys Cloud Java SDK can be turned on and used within your own code to make your applications more resilient.
- Using caching to mitigate rate-limits. This DevDrop shows how to use Java, Spring Boot, and the Caffeine cache API to implement a near-cache solution to reduce the total number of Genesys Cloud API calls your integrations need to make.
