Thank you for the quick reply. Would this apply to a single user that has to access multiple orgs or one org with multiple user accounts within a singular org? As a partner we have multiple orgs and because of that we have multiple user accounts. We use SSO, but it would be great to have one access point and be able to jump between orgs.

Many companies provide services to other companies, have offices on different continents that need to be separated for legal reasons, or use different usernames for the same person.
In these cases, they currently have to log-out and log-in continuously to switch accounts. With this new functionality, we enable them to log in with multiple accounts and switch between them easily.

Can you expand on the use case or reasons where a user / supervisor would have two accounts? Is it something where they are logging in two different genesys accounts, possibly to keep reporting and dashboards on one login, and their user account on another, or someone who needs administrative functions, but not always? I'm looking to wrap my head around this use case. I have multiple logins for personas that I use for development or demonstration. Thanks for the extra info.
