    We are redesigning the way security and access control policies are created in Genesys and are looking for administrators responsible for creating these policies in your organization to participate in a quick user test (about 5-10 minutes).

    About the Study:

    • Date: June 2026

    • Type of study: unmoderated test on Maze, you can complete it on your own time.

    • Length: 5-10 minutes

    • Device: Only in a personal computer or a laptop (no mobile phone or tablet) 

    • Thank-you gift: $15.00USD e-gift card, swag, charity donation, or 20 Advocacy Points, 1-2 weeks after participation. 

    • To be eligible for this reward: 

      • You need to complete all tasks and answer all questions. 

      • These must be done in an engaged and attentive manner. 

      • The screen recording and audio quality must be clear. 

      • Please take the time to complete the test with your full focus and attention. Incomplete or inattentive tests will be disregarded.

    That new UIX is totally cool.  You would not believe how many clients don't use ABAC because of the current UI
