Our flows use customer attributes only, and we noticed agent attributes are sometimes different from customer attributes. It would be ideal if there were only customer participant attributes.
Is it possible to either:
- Copy all data to a corresponding
customer participant attributes, delete the agent participant attributes after they are created? - Force GC to create using
customer participant attributes instead of agent participant attributes for outbound conversations?
