Hi everyone, We are currently using the Notification Service however, the Heartbeat that is sent periodically stops being sent. To investigate this issue, we are trying to check the websocket PCAP trace but it is encrypted. Could you please instruct how to decrypt it using the CA certificate provided by the client?

Java SDK 134.0.0 and OS RHEL 8.2 are being used. Thank you for your help.

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate WebSocket connectivity issues.

    Hello Tim,

We opened a case (#0003035542) and the response by Genesys Cloud Care was to contact the Developer Forum for the explanation.

If it is difficult to use the CA certificate we provide, could you please advise how to get the session key that is used for the websocket connection? In the program, we are able to connect the Notification Service using the platform client sdk.

Thank you for your help, Atsushi

Thanks for the case number. I've escalated the case with Care management as core product issues and customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum.

Thanks very much for your help with the escalation. We hope to hear back from Care Management soon.
