Hi, I am currently looking for a way to detect if an agent is on acdAutoAnswer using a notification topic so to reduce our number of requests to the API. Is there a topic for getting information similar to /api/v2/users/me. Thanks

Take a look at v2.users.{id}.conversations. If you are looking for presence/routing status, try v2.users.{id}.activity.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me but none of these will tell me if the user is on AutoAnswer. I.e. the field acdAutoAnswer is set to true or false. Thanks

I thought you meant if they were on an auto answer conversation. There is no notification for that configuration. You can request new features here: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
