I know I am missing something simple, but when trying to open a Notification Handler:
var apiVMNotification = new NotificationHandler();
I am getting this error:
An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in ININ.PureCloudApi.dll
Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'websocket-sharp, Version=1.0.2.59611, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5660b08a1845a91e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

You're missing the websocket-sharp dependency.
