Hello
I was wondering if there is any notification topic(s) to subscribe to for detecting when an Evaluator has pending evaluations to do, and when an Agent has unread ones.
I have been checking the available topics list, but I have not found any related to Quality.

I'm not aware of any such notifications. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
