Hey everyone, hope you're doing well.
Is there any way to monitor the number of logged users on the PureCloud Plattform? I ask because we are having some trouble on managing this and that is causing the billing to go up.
As far as I know, there is not a section on the platform that allows us to see this in real time. Am I correct?

You can monitor that using the "Agents > Statuses" view in the Perfomance menu.
We can even log out agents if you have the permissions configured to do so.

@Daniel_Grosso's answer is the best answer. Genesys Cloud doesn't have a true concept of "logged in" or "logged out", so looking at a user's presence to see if they're Offline or something else is the best approximation.
