    Hi all,

    We are using open message API to migrate our company Webchat solution.

    I am using the https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/conversations/messages/inbound/open API to generate new messages to flow or agent.

    Reading the Open Message documentation I saw that a conversationId remains open 72 hour max. However we have some conversationId that remained open by over 100 hours.

    There's a correct way to set the lifetime of a conversationId ?

    Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the conversation not behaving in the documented manner.
