Hello Team,
We are planning to use Open Messaging Integration for mobile app. I have below questions.
- How to send "Welcome" message form Genesys Cloud message flow, when end user logs into an app without initiating any message from user end.
- How do we extract latest async messages for last 24 hrs for same conversation so user can see history when he logs in again. Which API to use?
