    Hi,

    I want to get back in json quick options from bot in open messaging right now I only get the text but not the options. How do I get the options that come after text? see image from standard messaging

    @lars.karlsson please see this page for what is, and is not, supported on which channels today. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/channel-bot-and-touchpoint-capabilities-feature-comparison/ Currently those options are not supported on the open messaging channel. The good news is that it is being targeted already for this year. see https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-773
