Hi, we are trying to open a Website by clicking a Button within a Script. Unfortunately the website will be opened in a new tab every time clicking the button.
The goal is to open the website everytime in the same tab. Within a website you can do this by setting the attribute "target".
Is there a way to do this in Genesys Scripts.
As a workaround we are using a Webbrowser-Control in the script to load a website which generates the button/link with the tab name as the attribute "target". The Problem is, this is not working, if the user works with the windows desktop application.
Any ideas?
