  • 1.  Orchestrator Profile pic not saving

    OK, this isn't a huge issue... but how do I get my Orchestrator Profile pic to stick?! 

    I go to Genesys Orchestrators, and I see the placeholder; click on the 'camera', upload and save my chosen mugshot...

    And it shows as though it was successful...

    But next time I go back to the page, it's back to my initials. Is there some sort of AI filtering out people who aren't photogenic? 🤣
