How many pets do you have, and what kinds? 😄

I'll start:

• 8 cats (it was 10, but sadly we lost 2 last year 😢)
  • One Maine Coon, and the others are rescued mixed-breed cats.
• 2 dogs
  • One rescued pitbull - I didn't realize he would become a 40kg pitbull when I adopted him 😂
  • And one crazy black-and-white Border Collie called Cruela

I almost named one of my dogs "Genesys" 😂

I have 2 rescued dogs (mixed breed)

The male´s name is KIWI (like the fruit) - we have adopted Kiwi after our 18 year old puddle passed away last March while I was at the Genesys Inspire in San Diego.
The female´s name is Menina (means girl)

Hello, last summer i finally fell for the every day request to get a dog from my 7 year old. We finally got one but soon realized that our family wasnt ready .. sadly we had to give her up.. But will get a dog again in the future once we are in a better situation.

I have two pitbulls 🐶:
- A female, she's 14 years old and her name is Laika. She's been with me her whole life, since her mother also lived with me. Her mother passed away last year.
- A male, also a rescue. His name is Oreo.

I also have two cats 😺:
- A male named Lennon. He's a rescue.
- A female named Iris. She's also a rescue, but in Ecuador.

I also have two rescued dogs that live at a shelter. I couldn't keep any more animals in my apartment, 😅 so they were taken in there. One is a pitbull named Antonio, and the other is a 17-year-old mixed-breed dog named Tony.

Today I have 3 dogs.

2 frenchie bulldogs:

• Muriel, female, 2 years old (based on Courage the Cowardly Dog show);
• Hubble, male, 8 years old (in honor of the astronomer Edwin Powell Hubble);

1 rescued dog:

Nina, 13 years old (no defined breed).

Had a lot of other pets during my lifetime, mostly during my time living with my parents (cats, dogs, birds, rats... everything you can imagine).

Pets always make our worst days a little better.

So we have a dog called Bruce. He's what we would have called a mongrel but he's a Cocker Spaniel/Labrador/Long Legged Jack Russel Cross. Since my son moved back we also have a Granddoggie Reggie the rescue greyhound.

We also have Dream who is a French Trotter. He lives at a farm as a 16.2 hand horse is a bit big to get through the front door, at least in a house in England anyways.

I don't currently have any pets, but I really like dogs and cats. I think pets bring a lot of joy, companionship, and funny moments to everyday life.

Your "Genesys" dog name made me laugh - that's a great one! I can imagine it being very confusing in meetings if someone says "Genesys" and the dog shows up. 😄

Eight cats and two dogs must make your house very lively!

We currently have two female cats, Gracie and Noelle. Gracie is 11 years old, and Noelle is 5. They're both rescues from the pound. Noelle has no tail, and due to that suffers from a condition called mega-colon, so she gets meds twice a day.

I love seeing all of our furry Orchestrators!  My "coworkers" include a motley crew of rescues, who mainly sleep on the job:

• 😻 Qui Qui, a Persian who is a cranky old diva
• 🐶 Alfred, aka Alfredo Sauce, a terrier named after Batman's butler that loves to do zoomies on the beach
• Our "bird watching club," pictured below
  • 😻 Hemi, named after Ernest Hemingway because of her "mustache" & is a huge Tabby who acts more like a dog
  • 😻 Bridgette Bardot, aka Gitta, a British Shorthair from Ukraine & so beautiful that she makes my eyes hurt
  • 😻 Fitz is Hemingway's sister named after F. Scott Fitzgerald & is the epitome of a fat cat
