    Hi Genesys Community,

    I recently logged into the new Genesys Orchestrators portal and noticed that several of my badge recognitions seem to be missing. At the moment, I'm only credited with PureConnect, even though I also have experience and contributions within Genesys Cloud.

    I'd like to ensure my full credentials and product expertise are accurately reflected. Is there a process for requesting badge updates or corrections?

    Additionally, I've completed several courses and certifications through Genesys Beyond. Will those achievements count toward badge progress or recognition within the Orchestrators portal?

    Any guidance or clarification would be greatly appreciated!

    I can second what Justin is reporting. Something as simple as the "Sign up for the Genesys Status Page" badge is not being recognized upon completion. I'm not sure if its due to the fact I've been registered to it. It would also be helpful if there was a bit more guidance to completing each badge.
