Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the points displayed in the Genesys Orchestrators program and the Genesys Advocacy program.

Currently, I have "x" points in Orchestrators, but only "y" points are shown in Advocacy. I was expecting these values to be synchronized, or at least more closely aligned.

Is this expected behavior? Do the two programs use different point systems, or is there a synchronization delay between them?

Hi @William Mark! Happy to help! The Orchestrators program should just have one points value, which includes points from all activities, including Advocacy. To clarify, are you seeing a different number on your profile vs. the Rewards Store? Rewards store points refresh upon login, so you may need to log out and back in again to sync them up. 

Another area where numbers could appear differently is in your Redeemable Points balance vs. Lifetime Balance. Redeemable points will always show your points minus anything that has been used in the Rewards Store.
