If the campaign has been run and it's status is "Off" then still do we have to invoke progress API and wait till it gets result as 100%. So, to get the status(On/Off) of the campaign would not enough to move ahead and still need to invoke progress API to do next actions(like bulk upload, clear the list etc.)
