We are currently building a script that allows to set/select a wrap-up code within the script. Also we added a button that ends the call.
At the moment after the call ends the ACW-timer starts running and will either terminate after the set time or will manually be terminated by the agent toggeling the [DONE] button.
Is there a possibility to override the [Done]-button through a script action?
Does anyone have any experience with a scrip function like this and can the [DONE] button be overridden / can be hidden at all?
Thank you for any helpful information.

You can create your own buttons within the script, but you can't override parts of the standard UI.
