I have a customer who has the call transcription data in JSON format - queried via the API. However they are seeking some assistance with the parsing/conversion of the transcripts into a business-friendly format.
They are looking to display the conversation details in sequence and context similar to their front-end UI (developed in PowerBI), as unfortunately the S3 link they have provided to their users takes a while to load hence why we’re trying to reproduce the conversation within our reporting portal and the need for the “business friendly” format.
Any guidance appreciated :slight_smile:
